Monang Marbun, SE is Founder of HotelManagementTools.com. Since launched 2012, HotelManagementTools.com has directly served hotel company to provide Hotel Management Tools, that is Tools for Hoteliers.
Tools for Hoteliers, are the Template for Hotel Manuals, Hotel Training Presentations, Hotel Pre Opening Checklist, Standard Operating Procedures, Hotel Operation Checklist and all Ratios and Reporting in Hospitality Industry.
Monang Marbun, SE completing his education from Sahid University, Faculty of Economics, major in Hospitality of Management in Jakarta.
Monang began his career at Ibis Kemayoran Jakarta, where he worked in Front Office Department, and began his career at hotel, he worked at Hotel Aryaduta Lippo Karawaci Tangerang, Grand Ancol Hotel Jakarta, starting from Receptionist, Income Auditor, and Assistant Front Office Manager. After that Monang moved to Medan, and worked at Tiara Hotel as Front Office Manager, and then moved to Pekanbaru, at the Hotel Ibis, as the same position as Front Office Manager. 
After working for thirteen years in Jakarta and Sumatra, Monang moved to Batam join to Pacific Palace Hotel and Hotel Grand Majesty, as Front Office Manager, Room Division Manager. On the occasion of his career at Pacific Palace Hotel Batam, besides being a Trainer, Monang and his team, formed a Team for Hotel Quality Assurance, which is supported by the Hotel Directors, and Monang as Leader of the team. 
In his career at the Hotel has entered the experience for 17 years, and now Monang has occupied a top position in an organization's Hotel, of which became Operation Manager at Zuri Express Hotel Palembang, and Hotel BCC Batam, and top of his career, He was a General Manager at Hotel Harbour Bay Amir Batam.
Participation in professional organizations of Hotel (Hotelier), He participate actively in the management of HFLA (Hotel frontliner Association) and now, participate in the PHRI (Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants Association) for the period 2012 -2017, in charge for Human Resource Development.
Seriousness and expertise in the field of Quality Assurance, has been outlined in a book (Indonesian Book), entitled Manajemen Mutu Perhotelan – Pembentukan Tim Quality Assurance, “Hotel Quality Management – In Forming of Quality Assurance Team”, and the book has received great interest from the hotel management, and has been to add insight to hotel workers, whether they are owner, manager, staff or lecturers and students who pursue the field of Hospitality.
In this year, Monang formed consultant profession, specifically in charge of Hospitality and Quality Assurance, named MM-Hospitality, in which the vision and mission, to assist parties in improving the service to hotel guests that the motto is: “To Meet & Exceed Guest Expectations”

Akmal Rusdi Nurraza, CHM completing his education from The Educational Institute of American Hotel & Motel Association, Hotel Management Michigan - USA, in 1994, Reg.Student:94-08-0066.
In 1988, Akmal began his career at Norwegian Cruise Line ship (M / S. Ward Sky) where he worked in the Housekeeping Department.
 
Subsequently in 1991, transferred to the ship S / S Norway, the same company as Chief Assistant Keeper at the Housekeeping Department then transferred back to the years 1993-1997 to the ship M / S. Wind Ward as well as Chief Keeper.

After working for nine years in the Norwegian Cruise Line Ship in the United States - USA. In 1997, Akmal moved to Jakarta, Indonesia precisely joined The Park Lane Jakarta in the Housekeeping Department. And re-joined the Grand Zuri Hotels Group in 2011, as Head of Housekeeping.
 
And to reach a career peak in the Housekeeping Department, in 2012, Akmal get the position as Executive Housekeeper at the Harbour Bay Amir Hotel Batam, Indonesia.
And now, Akmal is an Assessor in MM-Hospitality, Master in Housekeeping Department.

Mia Julianti Simamora, has completed her education from the Accor School in 2003, in Jakarta. And during her experiences in school, Mia has been trained for Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage knowledge.
Mia was starting the career from Grand Ancol Hotel Jakarta, where she worked in Front Office Department, after that in 2008 she worked at Prudential as an agent of financial advisor, continued her career, Mia joined at PT.Catureka Sukses Selaras as a Sales Support Agent.
After working in Hospitality and other company, Mia continued her career to Hospital Company at Frisdhy Angel International Hospital in Batam as a Frontliner. And now, She is working at Bakrieland Development as Corporate Marketing. 
During her career at the Hospitality, Mia has been Trained for Train the Trainer, and now joint with MM-Hospitality as Sales Support for Hotel, Hospital and Education.

Arifiadi Parayudha, CHM
Business Partner Development


Arifiadi Parayudha, graduated from Cornell University and AHMA, in the year 1985 - 1987, by getting the Certified Third Level Hotel Management, which earlier in the year 1984-1985 has got the Certified Diploma in Food & Beverage Service of STPB / NHI Bandung.

In 2005 - 2010, Arifiadi been following the Flash Program Opportunity Program at Accor Hotels, at Hotel Ibis Tamarin Jakarta, Novotel Jambi, Ibis Pekanbaru and Ibis Mangga Dua Jakarta.

In year 2010 - 2011, Arifiadi is a Consultant for Hotel & Restaurant for Diamond Consulting, then continues into F & B Manager at Hermes Hotel Medan, and in 2012, He served as Executive Assistant Manager at Group Hotel Kapuas Pontianak, West Kalimantan.
This year, Arifiadi joined at MM-Hospitality as a Business Partner Development.
